Declan Dillon

Declan Dillon is an experienced digital technology professional with a career spanning over three decades. Since August 2016, Declan has held multiple positions at The Football Association, including Senior Product Owner for both the WIN and LEARN initiatives, as well as Product Manager and Digital System Manager for FA Education. Prior to this, Declan served as a County Football Association Engagement Consultant and Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, contributing to The Whole Game System. Declan's earlier career includes significant roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Electronic Data Systems, where expertise in enterprise infrastructure was developed. Declan began professional service in the Royal Navy as a Radio Operator, participating in various maritime operations. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Certificate in IT and Business from the University of Central Lancashire.
