Heidi Lockyer

Heidi Lockyer MBA has extensive experience in sports management and organizational leadership. Currently, Heidi serves as Head of Charity, Chief Operating Officer, and Growth and Development Director at The Pony Club since March 2018, while also contributing as an Equality Advisor for West Bromwich Albion Football Club. With a long-standing role at The Football Association, Heidi is an FA CRC Panel member and a tutor for the FA Safeguarding Children Workshop. Previous positions include Program Manager at The Challenge, Commercial Manager at VESEY UK LIMITED, and Managing Director of the BCFA Benevolent Fund. From 2007 to 2017, Heidi held various roles at the Birmingham County Football Association, culminating in Chief Operating Officer, after beginning as Football Development Executive. Early career experience includes Leisure Development Team Leader at Nuneaton & Bedworth Leisure Trust. Heidi holds an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from Coventry University.
