Jed Waghorn

Jed Waghorn is an experienced professional currently serving as a Reward Manager at Nationwide Building Society since June 2025. Waghorn has also been actively involved as a Referee with The Football Association since November 2017. Prior roles include a Senior Consultant, Reward Consultant, and Workforce Advisory Consultant at EY from September 2022 to June 2025, as well as a Research Trainee at HM Inspectorate of Prisons from September 2020 to August 2021. During time at the University of Bath, Waghorn held leadership roles as Treasurer of the Bath Association of Psychology Students, overseeing financial management, and as a Peer Mentor for first-year students. Additional experience includes working as Bar Staff at The SU, University of Bath, and an internship as a Commercial Banking Credit Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group. Waghorn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Bath and a Certificate in Accounting and Business/Management from CIMA.
