Jerome Francourt

Jerome Francourt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both security management and officiating in football. As the Founder of OfficialJaysKitchen since October 2023, Jerome is focused on culinary entrepreneurship. Concurrently, Jerome has been a Match Official (Referee) for The Football Association since April 2006, working towards reaching the National List and officiating in prestigious leagues and competitions. Previous roles include Area Manager at SecuriGroup and Regional Manager at Amberstone Security Limited, where responsibilities encompassed managing security personnel, client relations, recruiting, and achieving KPIs. Jerome has held various security positions, demonstrating a strong commitment to safeguarding and operational efficiency, beginning as a Store Detective and progressing through multiple management roles in the security sector. Jerome is currently pursuing a degree in Law at Arden University, building on a diverse educational background that includes music and hospitality.
