Joel Harris is an experienced soft tissue therapist currently working with the England Men's Senior Football team at The Football Association since March 2017. In addition to this role, Joel serves as a senior lecturer in sports therapy at the University of Hertfordshire, where employment has spanned from July 2009 to the present. Previously, Joel worked as a sports therapist at Arsenal FC from 1999 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Higher Education from the University of Hertfordshire (2008-2009) and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Therapy from the University of North London (1997-1999). Joel's foundational education was completed at Beverley Boys School in New Malden from 1972 to 1978.
