Lauren Affron has extensive experience in football development, currently serving as Head of Department at The Albion Foundation since March 2014, along with additional roles including The FA Coach Mentor for Women and Girls at The Football Association since August 2019. Previously, Lauren held the position of WBA Women's Development Team Coach from September 2018 to March 2022. Academically, Lauren is pursuing a Master's degree in Sport at the University of Worcester, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise at the University of Wolverhampton from 2009 to 2012.
