Lee Brown

Lee Brown is an accomplished football development professional with extensive experience in coaching and community engagement. Currently serving as Regional Coach Development Manager at The Football Association since June 2012, Lee has held various roles including Regional Coach Development Officer focusing on Diversity & Inclusion, County Coach Developer, and Community Manager. Previous positions include Specialist Academy Coach at Northampton Town Football Club, where individual learning plans were developed, and Football Development Officer at Northamptonshire Football Association, advocating for volunteer support and inclusivity in football. Earlier career experiences include roles as Street Football Officer and Community Officer, complemented by a foundational education in Education from The University of Huddersfield and a Business Studies GNVQ from Moulton School Sixth Form.
