Luke Baker

Luke Baker is an accomplished professional in football development and strategy, currently serving as Senior Special Project Manager at The Football Association since October 2021, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives to shape grassroots football. Previously, Luke held various roles at The FA, including Senior Business Strategy and Performance Manager and Strategy and Performance Manager, significantly contributing to the development of the organization’s Grassroots Strategy. As the owner of Evadere Virtual Escape Rooms, Luke successfully launched a thriving business during the pandemic, achieving over 20,000 games sold. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Kent FA, where Luke developed youth football programs and supported over 55,000 young participants. With a degree in BA Hons Combined Social Sciences from The Open University and a background in safeguarding education, Luke's expertise spans strategic management, grassroots development, and entrepreneurial success.
