Mark Cutler currently serves as the Medical Operations Manager for The Football Association since August 2016 and Wembley National Stadium Ltd since August 2008, providing strategic leadership and overseeing clinical operations during events. Previous roles include Senior Lecturer in Paramedic Science at the University of Bedfordshire from January 2015 to May 2018 and Senior Lecturer in Paramedic Practice at Sheffield Hallam University from August 2006 to January 2015. Mark Cutler also held the position of Paramedic Practitioner with Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust from June 2004 to July 2016 and was a Paramedic with Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Ambulance Paramedic Service from July 2000 to May 2004. Notable experience includes serving as Venue Medical Manager during the Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2014. Mark Cutler holds a Master’s degree in Crowd Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in September 2022.
