Marvin Farrell

Marvin Farrell is an accomplished legal and commercial professional with extensive experience in sports law and player relations. Currently serving as the Head of England Player Relations, Licensing, Retail and Tours at The Football Association since April 2014, Marvin has held various significant positions within the organization, contributing to the leadership team in the FA’s Commercial Division. Previous roles include managing legal functions for major projects and commercial matters, including advisory capacities related to high-profile events like UEFA Euro 2020 and the FIFA World Cup 2030 feasibility study. Marvin's educational background includes a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, a Mini-MBA from King’s College London, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Sports Law from De Montfort University. Prior to joining The Football Association, Marvin held legal roles at Russell McVeagh, Bird & Bird LLP, and Burges Salmon LLP.
