Matt Edkins has extensive experience in football management, currently serving as the National League System Manager at The Football Association since March 2016. In this role, Matt oversees the daily operations of the National League System and manages relationships with 62 leagues ranging from Step 7 County leagues to the National League. Prior to this, Matt held various positions at Leicestershire & Rutland County FA, including Head of Football Services and Football Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the operational side of the Association and managing disciplinary processes. Matt began his career in customer service at Jessops, quickly advancing to team leader.
