Matt Pemberton

Matt Pemberton currently serves as a Procurement Business Partner at The Football Association, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, Matt was a Sourcing Manager at Ørsted from July 2023 to November 2025, where responsibilities included leading procurement and contract management for significant offshore projects. Matt also spent two years at National Grid as Category Lead and Associate Category Lead, focusing on sourcing strategies for Interconnectors and High Voltage Direct Current projects with substantial financial implications. Earlier experience includes a role as Buyer at NFU Mutual, managing the Learning & Organisational Development category, and participation in a Graduate Scheme as a Professional Trainee in Finance. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Grand View University and The University of West Alabama.
