Nancy Williams

Nancy Williams is a skilled barrister currently serving at Doughty Street Chambers since October 2023, with prior experience at 5 Pump Court Chambers where practice included civil, family, and court of protection law. As a member of the Safeguarding Review Panel for The Football Association since September 2021, Nancy brings valuable insights to safeguarding matters. Previously, Nancy held positions as a pupil barrister and paralegal at Leigh Day, focusing on international and group claims, including notable human rights cases. Additional experience includes contributions as a research assistant at The Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law and case management support at the International Court of Arbitration. Nancy began the professional journey with an internship at UNDP, working on the Access to Justice Programme.
