Neil Ryan currently serves as the England U17, U16, and U18 National Head Coach at The Football Association since June 2022. Prior to this role, Neil spent nearly two decades at Manchester United from August 2003 to August 2022 as a coach. Neil's educational background includes a Diploma of Higher Education from Hult Ashridge Executive Education (2014-2016) and a Certificate in Further, Higher & Adult Education in Sports Studies from The University of Bolton (2006-2008).
