Nick Dunn is a seasoned professional in referee development with significant experience in enhancing the capabilities of match officials. Currently serving as a Referee Development Consultant for The Football Association since October 2017, Nick focuses on providing constructive feedback and facilitating professional development for referee developers in the South-East. As the Referee Development Lead for Kent FA since August 2012, Nick has successfully led the implementation of the FA Referee Strategy, concentrating on the recruitment, retention, and development of local match officials. Prior to these roles, Nick contributed to youth work at K College by creating activity-led programs and fostering collaborative relationships with students and staff. Nick holds a BA in Physical Education and Sport Science from Canterbury Christ Church University, earned between 2007 and 2010.
