Philip Broom has extensive experience in health, wellbeing, and sports coaching, currently serving as the Disability Football Lead at Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation since May 2010. In addition to this role, Philip functions as a Disability Clubs Development Football Officer and a Pre-Diabetes course Facilitator, and provides support as a Senior Wellbeing Coach by promoting healthy lifestyle choices and stress management. As a Para Technical Coach and Talent Reporter at The Football Association since September 2022, Philip continues to influence the development of individuals in sports. Previous roles include teaching assistance in Physical Education at Torfield and Saxon Mount Academy Trust, and personal support work for individuals with disabilities at A4e Learning. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Sports Coaching and Development from the University of Chichester and a Level 3 qualification in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning sector.
