Reece Davies has built a diverse career in customer service and sports administration. Starting at the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Collections Officer and Customer Service Officer in 2013, Reece transitioned to The Nottingham Building Society, serving as a Customer Advisor and later in roles including Business Systems Administrator and Customer Admin Team Support from 2016 to 2018. Reece then joined The Football Association as an FA Referee Tutor and progressed to a Level 4 Football Referee until 2018. Experience continued with Derbyshire County Football Association Limited as Referee Development Officer and Referee Administration Officer until 2019. Currently, Reece serves as a Games Programme Consultant at The Premier League, beginning in September 2024.
