Richard Baker serves as the Head of Lettings at Durden & Hunt Estate Agents, directing the strategic and operational aspects of the lettings division across five branches since February 2025. In addition to this role, Richard functions as a Level 3 Referee for The Football Association, officiating matches at various competitive levels while demonstrating professionalism and decision-making skills. Richard has a solid background in property management, having previously held leadership positions at Oakheart Property and Connells, where significant growth and performance improvements were achieved. With extensive experience in the sports coaching field and a diploma in Sports Coaching and Facility Operations, Richard combines expertise in real estate and officiating in sports to excel in diverse environments.
