Rob Seale is a seasoned professional in talent development and education within para football, currently serving as the Talent Development and Education Lead at The Football Association since October 2007. Additional roles at The Football Association include FA Affiliate Tutor for Equality Diversity & Disability, FA Para Talent Consultant, and FA Equality Diversity & Inclusion Coach Mentor. Rob has contributed to the Surrey Football for All League as a Matchday Co-ordinator since September 2008 and served as Assistant Head of Football at Epsom College from September 2017 to December 2021. Previous experience includes positions at Chelsea Football Club, where Rob worked as an Academy Scout, Disability Inclusion Officer, and Community Football Coach from July 2001 to October 2017. Rob holds a Master's Degree from Wimbledon School of Art, a Bachelor's Degree from Surrey Institute of Art and Design, and an Associate's Degree from the same institution, complemented by a High School education from Sutton Grammar School.
