Ryan Deugo

Ryan Deugo is an experienced educator and operations professional with a diverse background in teaching, training, and management across various sectors. Currently, as an Instructor at Education Plus NE since March 2023, Ryan focuses on active learning for children outside the mainstream educational system. Simultaneously, Ryan supports the PE Department as an Assistant PE Teacher at CER Education Recruitment and serves as a referee and FA Registered coach for youth football through The Football Association. Ryan's military experience includes serving in the Royal Navy Reserve since December 2019, specializing in logistics. Previous roles encompass managerial positions in recruitment and hospitality, including Group Training Manager at Nurseplus UK Ltd and Divisional Operations Director at Westray Recruitment Group. Ryan holds a Level 3 PTTLS certification and has undergone various training programs.
