Sharon Brownlie has extensive experience in football operations, currently serving as the Women’s Club Talent Pathway Operations Manager at The Football Association since August 2017. Prior roles at The FA include Regional Talent Clubs Manager and Events Officer, where support was provided for the Regional Development Programme in London and the South East Region. Prior to this, Sharon worked as an RTC Club Manager at Essex County Football Association Limited from June 2013 to January 2018 and as Academy Manager at Barking Abbey School. Earlier experience includes a brief role as Logistics Officer for the FA's Regional Excellence Camp and a Development Officer position at Essex County Football Association, focusing on the growth of women's and girls' participation in football. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Anglia Ruskin University, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
