Shauna Duffy currently serves as the Women's England Talent Pathway Regional Talent Manager for the Midlands & East and as the England Women Talent Pathway Technical Coach at The Football Association since February 2023. Duffy is also recognized for previous roles such as Women's Head Coach at The New Saints Football Club, where Duffy led the team to victory in the Genero Adran Trophy and a 3rd place finish in the Genero Adran League for the 24/25 season. Additional experience includes positions as Head of Women & Girls Football and Coach Educator with the Football Association of Wales, Women's 1st Team Coach and Football & Participation Manager at Shrewsbury Town FC, and various coaching roles at Alliance Football Club, Box Football, Stockport County FC, and Liverpool Football Club. Duffy holds a Master's degree in Research and a BA Hons in Sport Coaching with Development from Edge Hill University, complemented by a B-tec Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Studies.
