Stephen Morana

Stephen Morana is an experienced executive and adviser with 25 years in high-growth disruptive businesses, having been involved with prominent technology-enabled companies across the UK and Europe, including Betfair, Zoopla, and Cazoo. Stephen has played significant roles in steering companies through IPO processes and has extensive expertise in M&A, debt, and capital raising. Currently a board member at Smart Pension and the Football Association, they continue to support and advise businesses through various growth stages. With a background in finance and a B.Sc. in Business Studies from the University of Sheffield, Stephen is also a Chartered Accountant and has completed an advanced management program at INSEAD.
