Stephen Saunders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service desk management and customer experience. Currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at KYOCERA Document Solutions UK since March 2016, Stephen oversees a team of over 40 members across multiple service areas, including UK and European Service Desks. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions such as Customer Experience Lead and Service Desk Team Leader, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills. Alongside a career in IT, Stephen is actively engaged in football officiating, holding various roles including Football Referee and Referee Secretary for the East Berks Football Alliance. Previous experience includes positions at Fujitsu and contributions to the Thames Valley Premier League.
