Steve Morrow

Steve Morrow is currently a FIFA Talent ID Specialist, working on the Global Talent Development Scheme. They have previously held senior roles at The Football Association as Head of Player Selection and Talent Strategy, where they led Talent ID and scouting activities for national teams. With eleven years of experience as Head of Youth Recruitment at Arsenal FC, Steve contributed to the development of numerous talents transitioning to the First Team. They began their career in football as an Assistant Coach and then Head Coach at FC Dallas in MLS following their playing career. Outside of football, family and travel are paramount, along with enjoying biking and dog walks.
