Tolly Coburn

Tolly Coburn currently serves as the Head of Insights (Men's) at The Football Association, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Tolly Coburn was the Data Analytics Lead at Arsenal F.C. from August 2016 to June 2024, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of strategic analytics projects focused on player recruitment and squad planning, as well as identifying and structuring complex challenges into actionable insights. Tolly Coburn's experience also includes various analytical roles at the Lawn Tennis Association, British Canoeing, and Norwich City Football Club, along with coaching positions in women's football and futsal at Loughborough University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Data Science from City, University of London, and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University.
