Tom Rofe is currently a Programme Manager at The Football Association, working on the 2035 FIFA Women's World Cup Bid through a secondment. From 2022 to 2025, Tom served as a Senior Consultant at The Sports Consultancy, where they held various roles including Analyst and Consultant. Tom began their career as a Courier for Deliveroo in 2016 and participated in a Graduate Programme at Arsenal F.C. from 2017 to 2019, gaining experience in finance, stadium operations, partnership development, and football operations. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Politics with First Class Honours from the University of Exeter in 2017.
