Wendy Booth

Wendy Booth has extensive experience in promoting football inclusivity, with a focus on disability engagement. As a Football Development Officer at Cheshire FA from September 2013 to March 2018, Wendy led projects to enhance participation in disability football. Prior to that, as Charity Manager at Playability from February 2006 to September 2013, Wendy directed strategic planning to create engaging environments for children with learning difficulties. Most recently, Wendy served as the National Programme Manager at The Football Association in September 2020, where collaboration with various stakeholders was emphasized to foster sustainable disability football initiatives, and as the National Disability Football Development Officer, where Wendy managed the national disability football programme and contributed to a strategic improvement framework.
