Will Perkins has extensive experience in the field of disability football, currently serving as the Talent Confirmation Lead for the 12-16 Disability Phase at The Football Association since January 2015. In this role, Will oversees the National Talent Hubs programme and engages with mainstream clubs and leagues, while also organizing England impairment-specific camps. Previously, as a Disability Talent Selection Officer, Will managed multiple regional talent centres and facilitated the transition of players into elite squads, among other responsibilities. Additionally, Will has been a football coach since 2009, providing sessions to various groups, and has held positions such as Development Officer at the Birmingham County Football Association and Disability Football Officer at Hereford United Community Trust. Will holds a BSc in Sports Therapy from The University of Birmingham and a BTEC in Sports and Exercise Science from Hereford Sixth Form College.
