Amanda Booker serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team at LaFourchette Group, leveraging extensive experience in operational leadership within the restaurant sector. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Global Director of Operations for the Restaurants division at TripAdvisor and was also the Global Director of Operations and SSC for TheFork/ElTenedor/LaFourchette, a TripAdvisor subsidiary. Additionally, Amanda co-founded Queraboo SL and successfully led the company as CEO.
