Iris L. is an experienced UX Research Director and Co-Founder with a background in product design and innovation, specializing in the fusion of design, technology, and business. At THEFT studio, Iris supported design teams through research and strategic insights, while also leading the development of a comprehensive business plan as Co-Founder. Currently at Miro, Iris serves as UX Research Lead for the Innovation Hub, focusing on creating personalized user experiences through insights and collaboration with the AI team. With a strong emphasis on customer insights and growth, Iris has successfully scaled enterprise feedback programs and driven client engagement. Previous experience includes a role as Research Strategist with altMBA, where Iris contributed to diversity and inclusion initiatives, and served as a Leadership Coach. Iris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social & Cultural Analysis from New York University and has completed leadership coaching training with Schouten & Nelissen.
