Amanda Horner

Amanda Horner is an experienced QA Manager at The General® since April 2015, previously serving as QA Supervisor and Assistant Product Manager II focused on new state expansion. Since joining The General in December 2013 as a Product Analyst III, Amanda has specialized in new state expansion initiatives. Prior experience includes a tenure at Permanent General from April 2002 to December 2013 as Compliance and Implementation Analyst II, reviewing statutes and collaborating with IT on product specifications. Amanda also held roles as Product Analyst II, Senior QA Analyst, and Underwriting Team Lead. Early career included sales positions at Kerr Insurance Services and The Mobley Agency. Educational background includes studies at Insurance Systems of TN in Property, Casualty, & Life and Volunteer State Community College.
