Andreall M.

Andreall M. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Andreall started their career as a Diversity Education Project Manager at the Multicultural Student Coalition at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from August 2008 to August 2010. Following that, from July 2011 to August 2013, they worked as a Multicultural Student Center Divisional Financial Specialist at the same university. In May 2010, they joined American Family Insurance as a Branch Casualty Adjuster, where they worked until August 2012.

In 2015, Andreall joined The General® as a Casualty Adjuster - Extended Handler II, responsible for managing 100+ bodily injury and property damage claims. Their responsibilities included managing claimants, conducting thorough investigations, and resolving conflicts to ensure timely claim payments. Andreall also served as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist from April 2019 to January 2022 at The General®. In August 2022, they transitioned to a role as a Brand Specialist, and in January 2023, they were promoted to President of the Multi-Generational Business Resource Group at the same company.

Andreall M. attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. During their time at the university, they also studied German Cultural Studies and obtained a Student Leadership and Organization Certificate. In addition to their degree, Andreall M. has certifications in Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and Fraud Claims Law Specialist from the American Educational Institute, Inc.
