Paul Krogmeier

Paul Krogmeier has extensive experience in the claims and service industry, currently serving as a Claims Supervisor at The General® since July 2014, following a progression through roles as Claims Representative- Initial Handler I, II, & III. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from July 2013 to May 2014, where responsibilities included ensuring quality beverage production and maintaining safety standards. Additionally, Paul contributed as a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Metropolitan Community College Longview Baseball Team from August 2012 to May 2013, focusing on the physical and mental development of athletes. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Sport Management from Missouri Western State University, acquired between 2011 and 2013, and previously attended Metropolitan Community College from 2009 to 2011.
