Chiko David is an innovation expert with a strong focus on dual-use technologies and deep tech startups. They served as Tech Scout at MD International LTD from 2017 to 2019 and were a Project Manager for the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel during the same period. From 2019 to 2023, Chiko led innovation programs at The Garage and co-founded Grant-AI, where they also acted as CEO until 2023. Currently, Chiko is the Program Director of Innovation at Knovel Engineering and the Programs Director at Hatch, while also being the founder of the startup validation method "CRUST. MANTLE. CORE." They studied Entrepreneurship at IDCBeyond from 2018 to 2019.
