Julia Cater is an experienced HR leader with over 30 years in HR, Organizational Development, Culture, and Learning and Development across diverse sectors. They currently serve as the Head of People at the agile FinTech company theidol.com, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to align people and culture initiatives with strategic objectives. Julia is also the Owner and Director of People Decisions and works as an Associate Consultant with Talent Innovations, extending their expertise to various clients both in the UK and internationally. Previously, Julia held roles including Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager at Deutsche Bank and a Personnel Officer at Lloyd's Register, among others.
