James Ray is the Chief Executive Officer at Armadillo, an award-winning CRM agency based in Bath, where they have played a pivotal role in the company's evolution since joining as an Account Executive in 1996. After a successful management buy-out in 2017, James led the agency to new heights, combining creativity, data, and technology to drive successful CRM strategies for major global brands such as McDonald’s and Disney. Alongside their responsibilities at Armadillo, James serves as the IPA Chair for England & Wales, advocating for industry talent and initiatives outside of London. Prior to this, James gained valuable experience at WHSmith as a Graduate Trainee. They earned a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol.
