Karla Smith

Karla Smith is the Chief Financial Officer at Ogilvy UK, overseeing the commercial and finance functions since April 2016. With extensive experience in finance, Karla has previously served as Finance Director at Ogilvy PR and Quicksmart Homes, where responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. In addition to current roles on the Finance Committee and Council of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising and as Honorary Treasurer for NABS, Karla played a crucial role in the merger of finance systems at Ogilvy. Karla's career began at Kingston Smith, where chartered accountant training provided a strong foundation in accounting across various sectors. Educational qualifications include ACA certification from ICAEW and a degree from the University of Bristol.
