Pip Hulbert

Pip Hulbert currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at VML, a position held since January 2024. Additionally, Pip is a member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications London) and the Chair of the Effectiveness Leadership Group at the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) since 2019 and 2020, respectively. Previously, Pip was the CEO of Wunderman Thompson UK from January 2019 to January 2024. Pip's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Wunderman, where responsibilities spanned from Chief Executive Officer to Global Client Lead from 2013 to 2018, and Client Services Director at LIDA from 2005 to 2011.
