Sam Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and client services. Currently serving as the CEO of krow kinetic since January 2016, Sam also holds the position of IPA City Head for Bristol, South West & Wales at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising since October 2024. Prior to these roles, Sam was the Client Services Director at RLA Group from April 2003 to February 2025, and served as Communications Manager at Liverpool Victoria from 2000 to 2003.
