Robert Pepe

Robert Pepe serves as the Director of Operations at The Lab since October 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing all production departments such as Creative Services, Print, Digital, Motion, Sound, Editorial, and Photography. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Division Manager at NEC from 1998 to 2005, managing sales and production for the New York office and overseeing daily operations. Robert began his career as a Desktop Manager at TSI Graphics, Inc. from 1992 to 1998, where direction of activities and delegation of workloads were key responsibilities to meet operational schedules.
