Cathryn Schmidt is an experienced professional in early childhood education with over a decade of dedication to fostering the growth and development of young learners. They have held various roles, including Head of School at Guidepost Montessori and Field Director at The Learning Experience, where they focus on curriculum development, community building, and operational success. Previously, they served as an Education Coach at Mile High Early Learning and have extensive experience as a Lead Teacher in several educational settings. Currently, Cathryn is pursuing a degree at Concordia University-St. Paul, further enhancing their commitment to high-quality, inclusive learning experiences.
