Deborah O'Brien

Deborah O'Brien is a seasoned Director of Operations currently leading initiatives at The Learning Experience while also serving as a Director in Qualification and Team Leader with Mary Kay. With extensive experience in child development programming since 1986, they have held the position of Director of Childcare Programs across multiple organizations. Deborah holds an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood from Joliet Junior College, as well as a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and Child Care Administration from National Louis University.
