Karla Proaño

Karla Proaño has a diverse work experience in various educational and professional settings. Karla started their career in 2010 as a Docente at Catholic Jose Engling High School, where they worked until 2014. In 2017, they joined The Learning Experience as a Teacher and later moved on to Allure Marketing Group as a Business Development Manager in the same year. Karla continued their teaching career at All Saints' Episcopal School as a Teacher in 2018. Throughout 2018, they also worked as a Spanish Teacher at The French American Academy and Gain Ville. In 2018 and 2019, they gained experience as a Spanish Teacher at Jump Immersion School and Behavioral Therapist Counseling at Happy Kids Happy World, respectively.

Karla Proaño has a Master's degree in Neuropsicology and Education from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet. Karla also holds an EMT certification from Instituto Superior Tecnológico Cruz Roja Ecuatoriana. Additionally, they have completed a certificate program in Autism Awareness from New Skills Academy. Karla Proaño has also pursued a degree in Licenciada en ciencias de la educación from UNIVERSIDAD UTE.
