Kelly Rich has a diverse background in education and leadership, holding the position of Club President at Middlesex County 4H from October 2017 to June 2022, where Kelly trained and guided team members to enhance productivity and performance. As a Student Teacher at Mill Lake Elementary from September 2020 to June 2021, Kelly collaborated with a classroom teacher to design lessons utilizing various teaching methods and technologies. Currently, Kelly serves as an Assistant Toddler Teacher at The Learning Experience, beginning in August 2025, while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management at the University of Rhode Island, expected to graduate in 2025.
