Regional Manager at The Learning Experience

Meghan Johnson has a diverse work experience in the field of education and child care. Meghan started their career in 2009 as an Assistant Director at Enchanted Jungle Learning Center, where they managed the center, trained instructors, and developed programs for students. Meghan then worked as an Administration and Sales Associate at ACADEMI, where they demonstrated excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

In 2016, Meghan joined Learning Care Group as an Assistant Director, leading a team of staff members and ensuring high-quality care and education for children. Meghan also handled financial responsibilities and built strong relationships with families.

Meghan transitioned to Kaleidoscope Kids School-Early Education, Inc. as a Center Director in 2017. Meghan managed day-to-day activities, made financial and staffing decisions, and maintained client satisfaction.

Meghan then joined Learning Care Group again in 2018, this time as a Center Director. Besides overseeing everyday operations, Meghan assisted in running a sister school that had various accreditations.

In 2019, Meghan took on the role of School Director at Cadence Education, where they successfully managed a school with over 100 families and 25+ team members. The school received high-quality accreditations, and Meghan prioritized parent involvement and fostering a positive culture.

Finally, Meghan currently holds the position of Regional Manager/Field Leader at The Learning Experience, starting in 2022. Details regarding their responsibilities and achievements in this role are not provided.

Meghan Johnson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Sociology at Southern Connecticut State University from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they attended Eastern Connecticut State University from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Social Sciences and Early Childhood Education. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Goodwin College. Meghan also obtained additional certifications, including Foundations for Reflective Practice and Supervision for Early Care and Education Professionals from Success in September 2019, and Designated Head Teacher for Child Day Care Centers, Ages birth to 5 and School Age Children from the State Of Connecticut Office of Early Childhood in March 2015.
