Reena Rai is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in biomedical engineering and medical device quality assurance. Reena has held roles at prominent companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Conmed Corporation, where they managed product quality complaints and led various engineering projects. Currently, Reena is the Franchise Owner of multiple childcare facilities at The Learning Experience, focusing on providing excellence in early childhood education. Reena earned a BS and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, along with certifications in Quality Management and Operations Supervision from Rutgers University.
