Sara Stephenson

Sara Stephenson has extensive work experience in early childhood education. Sara started their career as a Youth Counselor at the YMCA from May 2000 to January 2005. In September 2010, Sara joined I CARE INC as a lead teacher, where they were responsible for supervising and teaching children. Sara then worked as a Lead Preschool Teacher at the Primrose School of Lake Norman from May 2016 to September 2016. Currently, Sara is employed as the Lead Preschool Teacher at The Learning Experience, where they have been since September 2016. In this role, they oversee a class of ten children and provides them with engaging activities based on the weekly lesson theme.

Sara Stephenson attended Mitchell Community College from 2001 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Early Childhood Development and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.). Following this, they went on to enroll at Gardner-Webb University from 2010 to 2014. During their time there, Sara studied Human Services, General and successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
