Earlier experience includes managing human resources and payroll functions at HI Tech Collision & Glass and American Home Equity, where responsibilities encompassed the administration of benefit plans, policy development, and promotion of positive employee relations. Throughout the career, Mary A. has demonstrated expertise in aligning HR practices with operational goals while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
