Them AI is the company brain: one governed memory built from the work your team already does, serving your people and every AI they use. Them AI is a product from Them Labs, Inc.

Every company is slowly forgetting. Answers live in docs nobody can find, threads nobody can search, and the heads of people who leave. AI made it worse: every tool got smart, but none of them share a memory. Your people ask around, and your copilots guess.

Them changes that. It learns from the work itself, with consent, and turns it into memory you can check: facts, templates, and skills, each with an owner, a citation to its source, and a status. Nothing becomes canon without a human.

With Them, teams can:

- Connect the work they already do: Drive, Slack, Notion, Gmail, with consent and a pause switch.
- Turn scattered knowledge into governed memory with owners, citations, and status.
- Ask anything and get cited answers, or a route to the right human, whose reply is kept forever.
- Put a Coworker to work that drafts and acts across tools, always with approval.
- Serve the same memory to every AI app over one feed: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, your agents. One feed for them all.
- Give each agent its own permissions, with a full audit log of every pull.

Let autonomy grow as trust is earned: the more the work holds up, the more Them is allowed to do.

The result: people stop answering the same question twice, agents stop hallucinating policy, and every answer comes with a trail your team can check.

Private by default. Your memory belongs to your workspace, learning is consent-first and pausable, and a human approves what becomes canon.

Who it is for: teams tired of asking around, and companies that want every AI they use to run on knowledge that is actually true.
